More “Plan, Shop, Save & Cook” classes scheduled!
“Plan, Shop, Save & Cook” is a 4-class series for people who want to eat healthy for less.
If you are struggling to eat well on a tight budget, confused by food labels and serving sizes, or want to avoid wasting or running out of food, this is the class for you. Each hour-long class is free to SNAP-eligible people. Classes are taught by food bank nutritionist Laura Woodworth and qualified volunteers.
At each class, you will:
· Receive a FREE gift!
· Learn to use food labels, save money & plan good meals!
· Taste a healthy low-cost recipe!
· Get helpful tips and handouts!
