ATTEND AN ORIENTATION

We strongly encourage volunteers to attend an orientation prior to volunteering — whether you’re a new volunteer or returning after an absence. Everyone will be warmly welcomed!

At the orientation you will learn about the many services and programs we offer and how you can follow or find your particular passion while volunteering with the Thurston County Food Bank!

Orientations are held the 1st Wednesday of each month at Lacey’s Food Pantry:

Orientations are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at Olympia’s Food Pantry:

220 Thurston Ave NE, Olympia, WA 98501
2–3:30 pm

Sign Up To Volunteer

All new and returning volunteers must complete our online application, one time. Please be sure to fill in all required fields, either high-lighted or marked with an asterisk (*), and have an adult parent or guardian sign the Terms & Conditions and Hold Harmless Clause if you are under the age of 18. If you would like assistance with the application, please contact one of our Volunteer Coordinators.
